1. Download and Install Bluestacks*

Blustacks is an Android Phone emulator for the PC

- Download Bluestacks for XP, Vista Win 7 / 8 HERE
- Download Bluestacks for MAC OSX HERE

2. Download Whatsapp APK

 Google for the latest APK version

- Download latest current Whatsapp APK HERE
 

Once the Whatsapp APK is downloaded to your PC, double-click on the icon and Bluestacks will immediately pick it up and install it into the program. It's really that simple!
